AFC Realty Capital Inc., a Manhattan-based real estate investment banking firm, announced the appointments of Jeffrey A. Aidekman and Martin J. Gross as senior vice presidents.
Aidekman, 46, served as a partner at Simon & Allen, a metropolitan New Jersey law firm and was an executive vice president and partner at Mountain and equity components of numerous real estate transactions. He has been instrumental in the syndication of multi-family, shopping center, office and hotel properties.
Gross holds a B.A. from Brandeis University, a B.A. and an M.A. from Brasenose College, Oxford University, a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and an LL.M. from the New York University School of Law. Development Corp., a real estate development firm. He has been responsible for the acquisition, financing, development and management of a wide range of residential and commercial projects.
Aidekman holds a B.S.E. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law.
Gross, 41, was associated with the New York City law firm of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan and the Wall Street investment banking firm of L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin. At Rothschild, he structured the tax, debt
