Hudson St. tenant renews, expands - American Direct Mail Company Inc. renews lease for commercial space in New York, New York

The Comras Company Inc. announced that American Direct Mail Co. Inc. has renewed and expanded their facility at 350 and 345 Hudson Street. The 65,000-square-foot lease comprises the entire second floor, a portion of the ground floor, mezzanine and basement at 350 Hudson Street. The balance of the space is below grade space at 345 Hudson Stree.
The term is for 12 years. American Direct Mail Co. Inc.'s business includes data processing, laser printing, offset printing and direct mail. All negotiations on behalf of the tenatn were handled by Michael A. Comras. The Landlord is The Rector, Church-Wardens and Vestrymen of Trinity Church in the City of New York.
