Linpro expands New York office
The Linpro Company, the National real estate investment and development firm, has relocated its New York office to 10,500 square feet on the 25th floor at 245 Park Avenue, in a sublease from Credit Lyonnais.
Linpro New York Realty has been selected as the developer of a 34-story, 974,000-square-foot office building at Foley Square in lower Manhattan. The building will be occupied by various federal government agencies upon its completion.
Linpro was represented in this transaction by Richard E. Charles of the New York based real estate firm R.E. Charles & Company. Hank Walker of Jones Lang Wootton USA represented the sublessor.
