Real Estate Weekly, Dec 16, 1992

Allendale Corporate Center in Aliendale, New Jersey, has received site-plan approvals for its final three buildings, announced Barry Poskanzer AIA of Ridgewood, New Jersey. Poskanzer is the architect and planner for the 55-acre high-tech office park developed by Allendale Associates.

The park will ultimately contain more than 550,000 square feet of space in eight buildings. To date, five single-story flex buildings including approximately 300,000 square feet have been completed and are nearly 100 percent occupied. The latest approval is for a 38,000-square-foot structure. Construction is expected to start before year-end. In addition, two buildings containing 111,000 and 115,000 square feet each have been approved and are ready for immediate construction.

The new building at Allendale Corporate Center is planned for six tenants, with shared entrances and loading docks. Poskanzer has been involved in the Allendale Corporate Center project since its inception. The firm created the original master plan and has designed all the subsequent buildings. In addition, Barry and his staff have worked with the tenants as well as the landlord to determine space requirements and ultimately to design the interior architecture for the buildouts.
