Compass renovates Seaview Square - Compass Retail Division of Equitable Real Estate Investment Management Inc. executes building renovation in Ocean, New Jersey

Compass Retail, Inc., a subsidiary of Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Inc., announced that renovations are progressing on schedule at Seaview Square in Ocean, New Jersey. The 859,000-square-foot regional shopping center houses Sears, Stern's, Steinback and other many other stores.
Seaview Square will be modernizing the center's interior and rebuilding existing entryways.
Seaview Square is owned by The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States and managed by Compass Retail, Inc., an Atlanta, Georgia-based company.
