Real estate often provides attractive investment opportunities, particularly at times like these when the market has been depressed for several years. Invariably, at such times, there are certain properties to be found that are undervalued and, with proper management and positioning, have an excellent chance to provide investors with significant returns.

This is true not only in the United States, but in many European markets as well, where real estate values have suffered in recent years because of the overall downturn in many national economies.
