Edward A. Kulikowski

Edward A. Kulikowski (photo), has recently been appointed vice president of the commercial leasing division of Owen A. Mandeviiie, Inc., a 65-year-old fullservice real estate company with offices in Westchester and Philadelphia.
Prior to joining Mandeville, Kul ikowski was a commercial broker with the Pepe Co., where he recently represented the Hudson Valley National Bank in the acquisition of their new 57,000 square foot corporate headquarters building. Prior to that he was a broker with the Cross and Brown Company. His experience also includes managing, planning and administration for the Research Institute of America and as manager of Financial Planning for Beker Industries.
He is a graduate of the City University of New York, where he also received an ROTC commission. He later attended the Barnard Baruch Graduate School of Business.
Kulikowski currently serves as vice president of the commercial and investment division of the Westchester County Board of Realtors.
