The headquarters of Bankers Mortgage Company and InterAccess Corporation have expanded their facilities at 999 Riverview Drive from 4,000 to 10,000 square feet, announced Jeffrey Kessel, parruer of George Kessel Associates.

The 56,790-square-foot office building, which is now 100 percent leased, is part of the 47-acre Commercenter Fotowa business park in Totowa, New Jersey, currently being developed by Kessel Associates of Bergenfield, New Jersey.

Bankers Mortgage Company is a 44-year-old real estate management and mortgage company that owns and operates garden apartments and commercial property in New Jersey. The company also services mortgages for various banking institutions.

InterAccess Corporation is a six-yearold computer company involved in software development and systems integration. The firm specializes in client/server applications for Fortune 500 corporations. InterAccess is a Novell-authorized gold reseller and a Gupta Technologies authorized support center.

The two companies initially moved to Commercenter/Totowa in mid-1991. The expansion accommodates a new demonstration room and additional employee space for InterAccess Corporation.

Angled at the entrance to the park, on the comer of Riverview Drive and Commerce Way, the three-story building features a dramatic atrium lobby, accentuated by a smoked glass exterior. It accommodates office suites divisible from 1,650 square feet.
