Real Estate Weekly, Jan 20, 1993

In a subleasing transaction negotiated by the Edward S. Gordon Company,' Inc. (ESG), Just Toys, Inc. has subleased 10,588 square feet of space at 50 West 23rd Street, announced Stephen B. Siegel, ESG's president.

The tenant, a toy manufacturer and distributor that just became a public company, will use the space for its executive and administrative offices. The space, on the seventh floor, will also include a showroom. Just Toys, Inc. will maintain its current showroom space at Toy Center North, 1107 Broadway.

ESG's Ivan W. Hillman and Stuart I. Schiff represented Just Toys, Inc., while Edward Friedman and Richard Karson represented the sublessor in the negotiations of the five-year transaction.

The 300,000-square-foot building, located between Fifth and Sixth avenues, is newly renovated. ESG serves as agent for the building.
