Lease renewal in Cherry Hill

Commonwealth-United Mortgage, one of the nation's largest mortgage banking companies, has extended and renewed its lease for 9,700 square feet of office space on the third floor of Woodland Falls Corporate Park, 210 Lake Drive East, in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The term of the lease is five years.
This office, which includes the Cherry Hill retail and correspondent branches as well the northeast regional office, has, been been located at Woodland Falls Corporate Park since 1986.
The tenant was represented by James E. McGrath Jr., assistant director of Julien J. Studley, Inc.'s Philadelphia office.
The Terramics Property Company is the landlord.
