Medical publisher moves to NJ

International Medical News Group, Inc., medical publishing subsidiary of Capital Cities Media, Inc., will move its headquarters from Manhattan to The Office Center at Short Hills in Short Hills, New Jersey. The company has 18 employees.

Roy L. Appel, associate and S. Harold Appel, senior vice president of CB Commercial Real Estate Group Inc. New York City represented International Medical News Group Inc. in the transaction.

International Medical News Group Inc. signed a seven-and-one-half year. lease for 7,800 square feet with PruBeta-3/PM Short Hills Joint Venture, part of the Prudential Realty Group. The lease .has an aggregate rental value of $1.3 million and is effective January 15, 1993.
