NJ meadowlands attracts garment industry

Wilson Associates has completely leased its 19-building Gotham Industrial Park in Carlstadt, where garment industry firms occupy more than half of the property's 1.2 million square feet. Wilson ASsociates, itself, is located in the Park. The largest transaction involved Donna Karan which leased 335,000 square feet at Gotham Industrial Park.
The long-term, multi-million-dollar agreement marked an expansion of the company's original 95,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility at 600 Gotham Parkway into a total of five buildings.
