Law firm renews, expands for 98,000 sf at Rock Ctr

The law firm of Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine has signed a 15-year lease for 98,000 square feet of space in Rockefeller Center.
In addition to renewing its 66,000 square feet of existing office space, the firm has increased its square footage by 32,000. This commitment encompasses three full floors in the Center's flagship structure the GE Building, 30 Rockefeller Plaza.
Donoven Leisure Newton & Irvine maintains a full service, general law practice that includes commercial litigation, corporate and securities law, taxation, real estate, end trusts end estates. The firm is headquartered in New York City with additional office in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, and Paris.
The lease transaction was negotiated on behalf of Rockefeller Center by Alar L. Stein; Emmett P. Noonan, vice president; end Robert F. Scally, assistant vice president. The tenent was represented by Charles R. Borrok and Jerry L. Cohen, vice chairmen of Cushman & Wakefield and Jonathen C, Rudes, senior vice president and Richard W. Rosenthal, executive vice president, of Wm. A. White/Grubb & Elli-Inc.
