Real Estate Weekly, Feb 10, 1993
Wilrock National of California has arranged two relocations for an architectural firm and a law firm.
In the first transaction, Morphosis, the architectural firm famous for designing some of LA's most prestigious high-end restaurants, including 72 Market Street, Kate Mantillini and Angeli, has relocated to 4,800 square feet of space at 2041 Colorado Avenue in Santa Monica. The leasing transaction was negotiated by John L. Tabb, senior vice president of Wilrock National of California. Morphosis was previously housed elsewhere in Santa Monica.
Tabb also arranged the relocation of the Law offices of Bernard Wolfsdoff to 3,000 square feet of space at 17373 Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, which is owned by Heller Financial. The firm plans to relocate from Century City in January.
