Marc Leonard Ripp - Who's News - Brief Article

Marc Leonard Ripp (photo), has been promoted to vice president-assistant general counsel of Bellemead Development Corporation, a subsidiary of The Chubb Corporation. As in-house counsel for this national real estate development company based in Roseland, New Jersey, Ripp practices commercial property law with a specialty in land-lord/tenant transactions, sales and acquisitions, construction law and property management.
Ripp earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Columbia University and has had numerous articles on real property law published in various professional journals. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey bars as well as a member of the United States Supreme Court bar in Washington, D.C. In addition, Ripp serves as an arbitrator for the New York City Civil Court Small Claims Part and recently received an appointment to the American Arbitration Association.
