A new service that will manage individual or groups of condominium and cooperative apartments on behalf of domestic and international institutional investors, high net worth individuals and absentee owners, has been announced by Douglas Elliman. Through the company's newest division, Douglas Elliman Unit Management Services, these will be the first comprehensive management services offered to individual and institutional owners of investment properties.
Among the management services to be provided will be: *Rent collection *Bill paying *Apartment leasing *Regular financial reporting *Credit checks *Financial investment analysis *Repairs and renovation
Douglas Elliman Unit Management Services will be headed by Richard Perea. Perea is the founder of Atlantic Resource Management.
In addition to Douglas Elliman Unit Management Services, the company offers a full range of innovative services for its clients which include: apartment remodelling, construction management, insurance, short-term building loans and capital improvements consulting.
