Thomas V. Bermingham has joined the Edward S. Gordon Company as executive director and co-manager of its New Jersey office, it was announced by Edward S. Gordon, chairman of the Manhattan headquartered firm. Bermingham, a 19-year veteran of the commercial markets of New Jersey and New York, will share the administration of ESG/NJ's operation, with its current executive director, Robert J. Rudin.
"Tom brings a wealth of experience in marketing as well as brokerage to our organization," said Rudin. "I look forward to a new synergy that will greatly contribute to our continuing growth through the current economic environment into the 21st Century." The ESG/NJ office has grown to 35 employees and has closed transactions of more than $250 annually since its founding in 1987.
