The northern New Jersey office of Sholom, Zuckerbrot, Wellins & Evans in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey has negotiated two real estate transactions with value in excess of $10 Million dollars in the Meadowlands area.

The transactions are as follows: *SZW&E's Senior Vice President Janet Henick, SIOR, has negotiated a long-term office lease for Datability, Inc. at 1 Palmer Terrace in Carlstadt, New Jersey. The 50,000-square-foot office building in the Meadowlands area was chosen because of its proximity to Uew York City and easy access to public transportation. *In a second transaction, SZW&E's Vice Presidents Janet Henick, SIOR, Ken Cohen and Jeffrey M. Miller arranged the sale of a 130,000-square-foot industrial building at 50 Broad Street, Carlstadt, NJ. Janet Henick and Ken Cohen represented the seller, Lithocraft, Inc. Jeffrey M. Miller represented the purchaser, Waitex International, Inc.
