Katz Realty gets exclusive in CT - exclusive agent for Caswell Cove - Brief Article

Katz Realty of Connecticut, Inc. has been named the exclusive sales agent for Caswell Cove, a private waterfront community and marina in Milford, Connecticut. The announcement was made by Milford Partners, Inc., developers.

Caswell Cove is a condominium complex ranging in price from $143,900 to $149,900 for two-bedroom, two-bath units with family rooms and decks overlooking the Caswell Cove Marina and Yacht Club.

The 40-acre waterfront community, designed by Valus and Carpenter Associates of Westport, Connecticut, is located on Pope's Island Road, on the banks of the Housatonic River. Caswell Cove offers three distinctive floor plans ranging from 1,419 to 1645 square feet.

June 30 is the target occupancy date for the first 48 units now under construction. A total of 216 new units are planned.

Robert A. Katz, President and Chief Executive Officer of Katz Realty of Connecticut, Inc., based in Norwalk, said the interest rates offered in their financing package of 10 percent down, 30-years no points fixed mortgage rate of 6.5 percent for the first five years will be attractive to many first-time home buyers who were shut out of the market during the |80s boom that sky-rocketed housing prices.
