CB Commercial assists in sale

Ceruzzi Properties has purchased the 74,000 square-foot building at 122 Boston Post Road in Milford, Connecticut, from Connecticut National Bank. The new owner will totally renovate the former manufacturing facility to accommodate retail use. The entire building will be occupied by Sports Authority,, sporting goods retailer and a division oo Wal-Mart, under a ten-year lease.

Chris O'Hara and Ray Taylor of CF Commercial Real Estate Group wen the sole brokers in the sale transaction Sports- Authority plans to move if March, O'Hara said.

According to O'Hara, industrial sale: and leases in the Milford market have lowered the vacancy rate from 13.8 percent at the end of the third quarter of 1992 to a current vacancy of 12 percent.
