Lease renewals in Stamford

Three tenants at Riverbend Center, the high-tech office park located in the Springdale section of Stamford have extended leases totalling 28,000 square-feet. Inter-Continental Hotels, providing computer services to the hotel industry, Metro Business Systems microcomputer sales and service and the University of Bridgeport Stamford Branch Campus have extended or expanded their commitments to the Stamford-area business community.

Metro Business Systems will be expanding ils growing organization into 9,000 square-feet of newly renovated space at 8 Riverbend. This move will provide Metro Business Systems with new office space designed to meet their current needs and accommodate future growth. Continued popularity of the University of Bridgeport s Stamford classroom facilities has confirmed a three-year extension of the lease for existing university space at Riverbend Center. Inter-Continental Hotels at 5 Riverbend has renewed its lease through the end of 2001 for its successful Stamford computer center operation.
