Swiss-owned company leases 25,000 sf at 1 State Street

Telekurs N. A., has signed a 15-year lease for approximately 25,000 square feet at 1 State Plaza. Gil Robinov, executive vice presidentof Galbreath Riverbank along with Ellen Israel, senior managing director negotiated the transaction.

Telekurs N. A., Inc. is a Swiss-owned company in the financial telecommunications field. As a result of the neet too modern its office space, the company will relocate from 11 Broadway and will occupy the entire 22nd floor in its new location. The lease was valued at over $11 million.

The landlord, South Ferry Building Company, was represented by John Cefaly, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.
