Newmark arranges five leases at 60 Madison - Newmark Real Estate Services, New York, New York

Newmark Real Estate Services, the exclusive leasing agent for 60 Madison Avenue, has arranged five separate leasing transactions for 21,660 square feet of office space that bring the building to 95 percent occupancy.

The Food Group, an advertising and marketing company, has relocated to 14,800 square feet of space, comprising the entire eighth floor at 60 Madison Avenue. The long-term transaction, which has an aggregate rental valued in excess of $2.5 million, was negotiated by Jeffrey Rosenblatt, executive director, and Andy Udis of Newmark Real Estate Services. The Lansco Corporation represented The Food Group, which was previously located at 292 Madison Avenue.

Rosenblatt and Udis also arranged a 2,900-square-foot lease for ESM Construction; a 1,800-square-foot lease for IPS Video Fax; a 1,140-square-foot lease for Todd Wilfley, a publishing company; and a 1,000-square-foot, lease for U.S. Luggage and Leather Products (the tenant was represented by Joe Grotto & Associates).

According to Rosenblatt, the five leasing transactions bring 60 Madison Avenue to 95 percent occupancy. A variety of small units are currently available, and a full floor can be made available. The recently renovated building features a new lobby, 24-hour, seven day a week attendant and is tenanted by a variety of advertising agencies, marketing companies and law firms.
