NJ commercial firms merge - New Jersey

Rosetto Realty Company of Dover Township, New Jersey, has moved its office to 25 Route 37 East in Toms River, the headquarters building of Crossroads Realty Inc., as part of an agreement that will enable the two brokers to work jointly on selected real estate transactions, announced president Ron Rosetto.
Crossroads Realty employs approximately 300 salespeople in offices throughout Ocean County.
Rosetto and Crossroads are two of Ocean County's most prominent commercial brokers, together managing in excess of $50 million worth of real estate.
