Lease for 909 Third renewed by Newmark - Newmark Real Estate Services, broker for Waring and LaRosa Inc

In an important real estate transaction brokered by Arthur H. Lerner, vice chairman and principal of Newmark Real Estate Services, the advertising agency, Waring & LaRosa, has renewed its lease for 30,000 square feet of space at 909 Third Avenue in Manhattan.
The transaction marks another milestone in Lerner's long relationship with Waring & LaRosa, which began when he brokered the firm's original lease at 555 Madison Avenue in 1968 when the agency was founded. David Simms represented the building's owner, Mendik Realty Company, in the long-term lease which has a value of approximately $9 million.
