Warhol Foundation signs lease

The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc. has signed a lease for 10 years for an entire floor of 7,700 square feet at 65 Bleecker Street, an historic landmark which is the only building in New York designed by the internationally acclaimed Chicago architect. Louis H. Sullivan.
The building is owned by Kerway Realty, Co., represented by Marvin Shulsky. J. Grotto & Associates, Inc. through Joseph A. Grotto and Joseph A. Grotto, Jr., acted as broker for the Foundation.
