Jos. Hilton relocates law firm - Joseph Hilton and Associates Inc

Joseph Hilton & Associates (JH&A) has arranged a ten-year, 17,671-square foot lease for the executive offices of Barry McTiernan & Moore, a law firm, on the seventh floor of 25 Broadway. Previously located at 22 Cortlandt Street, Barry McTiernan & Moore has about 50 employees.
The lease calls for an aggregate rental of $3 million. JH&A brokers involved in the transaction are Henry Feld, Henry Gallin, David Workman and Warren Schiele. Outside brokers are Eric Shmall and Jay Smith of Newmark & Co.
In selecting the space, Roger McTiernan of Barry McTiernan & Moore cited the superior lobby, good location, and existing layout.
