Greg E. Schecher, executive vice president of John D. Lazarus, Inc., Ocean Township, announced that Gary J. Lowe has joined the firm as vice president of the office/leasing group. Lowe will be responsible for the firm's marketing of exclusive lease assignments and tenant representation, with special emphasis on user relocation of disposition opportunities. The firm is especially active in Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean and Mercer Counties.

In recent years, Lowe has transacted in excess of $34 million in investment and property sales and nearly 500,000 square feet of office leasing assignments.

Prior to joining the firm, Lowe was engaged in corporate real estate at Jackson Cross Company and was formerly vice president of regional manager at Cross & Brown, a Metropolitan Life Affiliate.
