Antiques gallery leases retail space on Park Ave. So

In a major retail leasing transaction, Dixon Galleries, Inc., headed by principal antique auctioneer Connie Dixon, has leased the entire ground floor and a portion of the basement comprising over 8,500 square feet of space at 251 Park Avenue South in Manhattan.
The company plans to hold its first antique auction at its new facility in late April.
Ed Friedman, president of Newmark Retail Services, broker, represented Dixon Galleries in the multi-million dollar leasing transaction.
Located at the northeast corner of 20th Street, 251 Park Avenue South recently underwent extensive upgrading and renovation by its agent/owner, F.M. Ring Associates.
