6 deals signed at 450 Park Ave

Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. announced that six transactions have been signed recently at 450 Park Avenue in midtown Manhattan.
The international real estate services firm said that, after only six months as leasing agent, it has leased 17,675 square feet in the building. The sleek, black tower is located at the southwest comer of 57th Street and Park Avenue.
Joseph Costabile, Josh N. Kuriloff and Ken Krasnow of Cushman & Wakefield are marketing the building on behalf of 450 Park Avenue Associates, Jerome L. Greene, managing partner.
Financorp Group International, a Venezuelan bank, Penta Ocean Construction Company, one of Japan's largest construction firms, and Hanseatic Corp., a German based asset management firm, are among the tenants signing new leases at the building.
