Intel Corp. renegotiates lease

Real Estate Weekly, April 21, 1993

In an ongoing project to help Intel Corporation centralize its sales and customer services offices, while simultaneously downsizing specific regional offices, CPC Baker Harris arranged a lease renegotiation that permits the company to downsize its Islandia, New York, sales and customer service office at Plaza 57 at 2950 Expressway Drive South from 15,000 to 4,000 square feet.

The short-short term lease, which has an aggregate rental valued at $400,000, was negotiated by Matthew J. Ruffing, AIA, project manager of CPC Baker Harris. John Duffy of Madison Partners in Uniondale, New York, represented Masco Realty Associates, the building's owner.
