Sithe/Energies signs lease at 450 Lex

Sithe/Energies Group has signed a lease for the entire 37th floor, 26,753 square feet, at 450 Lexington Avenue Sithe/Energies Group, a major New York-based independent power producer, is currently headquartered at 135 East 57th Street. Managing Directors Steven Blair Strati and William G. Wolff of CB Commercial acted as exclusive brokers for Sithe/Energies Group.
450 Lexington is a new 40-story office building developed by 450 Lexington Venture, L.P., a partnership consisting of Hines Interests Limited Partnership, Sterling Equities Inc., Prudential Insurance Company of America and the Shell Pension Fund Foundation (Netherlands).
