Apparel importer leases 10,000 sf

In an expansion move, Odin Fashion Corp., a leading apparel importer, has leased the entire 9th and 10th floors comprising 10,000 square feet of space at F.M. Ring's 15 West 27th Street in Manhattan.

The company, which will retain its present facilities at 1239 Broadway and 20 West 30th Street, will use its new space for stock and shipping.

Robert Paoli, of F.M. Ring Associates, represented 15 West 27th Street in the leasing transaction. Founded in 1942, F.M. Ring Associates, Inc. is actively involved in the ownership, management, leasing and acquisition of commercial real estate throughout New York City.
