A&W Brands to relocate to larger headquarters

A&W Brands, Inc. has just signed a 10-year lease for a new 30,000-square-foot Corporate Headquarters location at Corporate Park Drive, White Plains. The new lease agreement with EastRidge Properties allows the company to take advantage of prevailing lower rates while increasing their space, according to Lou Lowenkron, chairman, CEO.
The new offices are currently being prepared for occupancy with the move tentatively set for Sept. 1. A&W Brands has been located in Westchester since 1983, currently at 709 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, another EastRidge Property, and before that at 244 Westchester Ave.
A&W Brands, Inc., is a leading marketer of soft drinks in niche flavor segments.
