Polo/Ralph Lauren represented by Galbreath Riverbank broker

Galbrase by Polo/Ralph Lauren Leather Goods, a leading American couturier for the entire 15th floor at 635 Madison Avenue. Barry Gross was the sole broker in the transaction. The announcement was made by Peter Ricker, president and Bruce Mosler, vice chairman of Galbreath Riverbank.

For Polo/Ralph Lauren, the new showroom and office space represents an expansion of that division and a dramatic upgrade of its location. The tenant is moving from 39 West 55th Street into 5,500 square-feet.

Polo/Ralph Lauren, internationally recognized for its classic styles and textured yarns, is featured in many of the world's finest retail stores. Leather Goods will now be located directly across the street from the Polo/Ralph Lauren corporate headquarters, on Madison at 59th Street.
