Cindi Davis (photo), has been named marketing director of The New South Hills Mall in Poughkeepsie, New York, according to John Mannix, managing director of Sarakreek USA, owner and manager of the shopping center. Davis will direct, develop, and implement a new three-year marketing plan. Prior to coming to South Hills Mall, Davis was assistant marketing director of Franklin Mills in Philadelphia, a 1.8 million square-foot, super regional center consisting of 200 off-price value retailers and manufacturers' outlets.
Davis graduated from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania with a BA in Mass Communications. She currently resides in the Poughkeepsie area.
