Real Estate Weekly, May 5, 1993

AT&T Easylink Services has expanded its headquarters operations to total nearly 200,000 square feet at Morris Corporate Center III in Parsippany, New Jersey.

In addition, the company extended the terms of its lease from five to 10 years. The 535,000-square-foot, four-building Morris Corporate Center III is the latest phase of the award-winning Morris Corporate Center, owned and managed by SJP Properties.

The leader in electronic messaging services, AT&T Easylink was formed in January 1991 when AT&T acquired a division of Western Union. Morris Corporate Center's quality image, superior building systems, location and amenities attracted the new company which leased 150,000 square feet to establish its headquarters. The recent expansion marks a 39,000-square-foot office increase as well as an additional 10,000 square feet for computers. The company employs some 450 people at the complex.

Other tenants include the Divisional Headquarters of American International Adjustment Company, a subsidiary of AIG; the Northeast Regional Headquarters of Allen Bradley (Rockwell International Division); the Regional Operations of Allendale Mutual Insurance Company; the Headquarters of Six Flags; the Headquarters of Sordoni Skanska Construction Company; and the Regional Office of Steelcase Inc.
