Lease signings announced

Arthur J. Draznin, president of Harper-Lawrence, Inc., announced the following office leasing transactions:

VSM Associates, a media buying company, has leased approximately 5,500 square feet for a term of 10 years at 307 East 53rd Street. Ahem & Heussner, an advertising firm, renewed their lease at 322 Eighth Avenue for 4,900 square feet of office space. Mark Furst, vice president of Harper-Lawrence, Inc., represented both tenants in these transactions. The aggregate value is in excess of $1.8 million. Newmark & Co. Real Estate represented the ownership at both 307 East 53rd Street and 322 Eihth avenue.
