COMPASS named manager

COMPASS Management and Leasing, Inc. has been appointed property manager of Executive Plaza in Edison, New Jersey, and Mount Airy Corners in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, the company announced.

Executive Plaza, a 115,200-square-foot, five-story office building adjacent to Menlo Park Shopping Center, is being leased exclusively by the Sitar Company, headquartered in Iselin. Located at 10 Parsonage Road in Edison, the building's tenants include Donington, Leroe; Household Finance Corp.; Marlboro Computer; The Olsten Corp.; Hanlon Levigne; Herzfeld & Rubin; Turn-Key Technologies, CP Systems; and others. Located at the intersection of U.S. Route 1 and Parsonage Road, the building is situated on 8 acres of land. The property is owned by the Westinghouse Master Trust.

Mount Airy Comers, an office complex of two, 50,000-square-foot buildings set on a landscaped, 14-acre park, is located at 180 and 188 Mount Airy Road in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. The property is situated in the heart of the Somerset Hills community. Tenants include AT&T Resource Management; JohnHancock Mutual Life; Hertz Corp.; AEG Corp.; and American Express Travel Services.

The property is being leased by George Mintz & Company in Morristown and is owned by The Westinghouse Master Trust.
