Getty Petroleum signs renewal on Long Island

With a multi-million dollar transaction, Getty Petroleum Corporation heads a list of Long Island business organizations that have entered into lease agreements for office space at 125 Jericho Turnpike in the Long Island Office Park in Jericho, New York.

The Getty transaction and a spate of new and renewed leases have put the two building complex at Exit 40 of the Long Island Expressway past the 95 percent occupancy mark according to an announcement made by Lennard Axinn, president of Donald E. Axinn Companies. its owners.

Axinn reported that Getty, which has been a tenant since 1987, has renewed a lease for 42 000 square- feet of space occupied as corporate headquarters and regional marketing offices. The aggregate rental is in excess of $3.5 million.
