NJ building 100% leased after Recordati signs

Edward S. Gordon Company of New Jersey negotiated a 7,600-square-foot lease at Allendale Corporate Center in Allendale. New Jersey, for Recordati Corporation.

The announcement was made by Thomas V. Bermingham, executive director of the commercial real estate firm which is exclusive agent for the 550,000-square-foot high-tech park.

Jeffrey C. Babikian, who is on the ESG/NJ team for this complex, represented the owner in the negotiations.

Recordati, a pharmaceutical and chemical company, selected Allendale Corporate Center to meet its space requirements and to upgrade tile quality of its location to a prestigious corporate campus.

Tenants in the Allendale complex include Sanyo, Ampex, Clarion, Fuji Hunt and Beckman Instruments.

Allendale Corporate Center is located on a park-like, 53-acre site adjacent to a 90-acre nature preserve. It is directly off Route 17 and accessible to the Garden State Parkway and 287.

When completed the campus will include eight one-story hightech, flex buildings which will total 550,000 square feet. Construction on the next phase is scheduled to begin this summer.
