Rostenberg-Doern represents Pepsi

Rostenberg-Doern Company, Inc. announced completion of a major lease agreement of up to 200,000 square feet of office space for Pepsi-Cola Company in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Pepsi-Cola Company, which is headquartered in Somers, New York, has signed a long-term lease for up to half the office space at 1100 Reynolds Boulevard, a 400,000-square-foot office complex owned by Wake Forest University in WinstonSalem. The complex was formerly occupied by RJR Nabisco as its corporate head quarters.

Pepsl-Cola will locate its new Customer Service Center at the complex. Occupancy will take place over three years, beginning in June. Alan R. Peterson, vice president in charge of National Accounts for Rostenberg-Doern Company, working in affiliation with ONCOR International, served as the national site search consultant for Pepsi-Cola Company.
