Leases on Long Island

Wilbur F. Breslin, president of Breslin Realty Development Corp., announced that Robert A. Weil of his office negotiated the following three leases:

* Showbiz Pizza Time D/B/A Chuck E. Cheese has signed a long term lease for the 15,000-square-foot former Bobby Rubino Restaurant at 121 Sunrise Highway, Patchogue, Long Island, New York. Showbiz, a national restaurant chain that features children's games and rides, re-entered the Long Island market after more than a decade. Total aggregate rental is approximately $5 million. Chuck E. Cheese opened for business March 30, 1993. The Anz Company represented Showbiz Pizza Time and Robert A. Weil represented Med-Mac Realty Co., Inc., the landlord.

* Thomasville Home Furnishings has signed a long term lease with J & M Coram Associates for the 19,500-square-foot free standing building at 541 Middle Country Road, Coram, Long Island, New York. Thomasville opened for business Jan. 8, 1993, making this the third Thomasville Gallery on Long Island. Total aggregate rental will be approximately $3.75 million. Robert A. Weil, of Breslin Realty Development Corp. represented J & M Coram Associates.

* EGS Restaurant Corp. and Kusewich Realty Inc. signed a 15-year lease for the former Pendeltons Pub at 1002 Hempsread, Turnpike, Uniondale, Long island, New York. The 3,000-square-foot facility was completely renovated and opened for business Jan. 2, 1993. Total aggregate rentals will be approximately $1 million. Robert A. Weil, of Breslin Realty Development Corp. represented the landlord, Kusewich Realty, in the negotiations.
