Tenant expansions announced by Robert Martin Company

Robert Martin Company, the Westchester-based development firm, has announced the signing of four lease expansions at its properties in Elmsford and White Plains, New York.
MMO Musk Group recently expanded its headquarters operation and now leases a total of 26,600 square feet of space at the Cross Westchester Executive Park's 50 Executive Boulevard building in Elmsford. The transaction was arranged by Andrew Greenspan of the Robert Martin Company.
Advanced Network and Services, Inc. has completed its second expansion program since establishing headquarters at the Park's 100 Clearbrook Road office building in 1990. ANS, a not-for-profit company, utilizes 13,700 square feet of space for its executive offices and northeast regional operations. Ivan Abry conducted the lease negotiation for the Robert Martin Company.

Execu-Lunch, Inc. signed a lease for 2,000 square feet of space, expanding its food service facility at the Park's 400 Executive Boulevard in Elmsford. In addition to the Elmsford location, the firm also operates a cafeteria at Robert Martin's South Westchester Executive Park in Yonkers. Robert Martin was represented in this transaction by Michael Grossman.
The developer's One Water Street office building in White Plains will continue to serve as the headquarters of Trigen Energy Corporation, and energy products supplier that has leased 7,700 square feet of space. The Trigen lease was negotiated by Andrew Greenspan of the Robert Martin Company and William Cuddy of Rostenberg &, Doern Inc.
