Office leases signed in NJ

Real Estate Weekly, May 12, 1993

Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman Associates (JGT), the Woodbridgebased commercial real estate firm, recently arranged three office lease transactions in Hudson and Bergen Counties, announced Seena Stein, JGT senior vice President.

Negotiated by JGT brokers, the three new leases are examples of the overwhelming activity JGT is seeing in these two Northern New Jersey Counties. All three transactions were negotiated by the JGT team of Dennis Graila, JGT vice president and Jim Sousa, assistant vice president.

The three transactions were with: Zaramba-Nash Financial Service, Inc. for space at 44 Hudson Place in Hudson County; Stanford Management for space at U.N.A. Plaza, also in Hudson County; and Results Marketing Services, Inc. for space at Century Plaza in Bergen County.

JGT's Dennis Gralla and Jim Sousa arranged for Zaramba-Nash Financial Service, Inc. to lease space at the 7,000-square-foot building located at 44 Hudson Place in Hoboken, New Jersey. Situated in the heart of the Hoboken Waterfront Business District, the historic five-story brick and glass office building has recently been renovated.

Also in Hudson County, Dennis Gralla and Jim Sousa arranged for Stanford Management to lease space at" U.N.A. Plaza, a 285,000-square-foot office building located at 30 Montgomery Street in Jersey City, New Jersey. U.N.A. Plaza is a 15-story office tower located on the waterfront in the Jersey City Exchange Place Business District.

JGT represented the tenant, Stanford Management in the transaction. The building owner, Ukrainian National Urban Renewal Corp., was represented by Cushman and Wakefield.

In Bergen County, JGT's Dennis Gralla and Jim Sousa arranged for Results Marketing Services, Inc. to lease 5,494 square feet of office space at Century Plaza on Essex Road in Paramus, New Jersey.
