Fabric retailer leases 8,000 sf

Fabric Bonanza has opened a store in 8,000 square feet of retail space at 2079 New Hyde Park. The announcement was made by Arthur D. Sanders, president of Spiegel Associates, the property's managing agent.
Clifford Sondock, director of Leasing, represented Spiegel Associates, and Bassen Properties, Inc. represented Fabric Bonanza in the leasing transaction.
Fabric Bonanza sells fabrics, patterns, sewing notions and other home-related products.
