Retail leases on Madison

New Spectrum Realty Services announces the following leases:

Hallmark Cards, the Kansas City, Missouri-based retail giant, has leased 4,500 square feet at 281 Madison Avenue on the corner of 40th Street in the building owned and occupied by Young & Rubican, the Manhattan advertising agency. The long term lease with an aggregate rent of $2.5 million was negotiated by Benjamin Fox, executive vice president of New Spectrum Realty Services, Inc.

Robert Marc Opticians, the New York-based eye wear boutique with three Manhattan locations, has leased a 600 square foot unit at 782 Madison avenue at 66th Street for its fourth Manhattan location. the long term lease at an undisclosed rent was negotiated by Naomi Weidman of New Spectrum.

Ecco Shoes, the New York-based shoe retailer with seven Manhattan locations, has leased an 800-square-foot store at 946 Madison Avenue at an undisclosed rent was negotiated by New Spectrum vice president Carole Greene.
