Investment bank signs lease at 1 Bridge Plaza

Broadview Associates, a leading investment banking firm, has signed a long-term lease for 20,000 square feet at One Bridge Plaza. Specializing in information technology mergers and acquisitions, Broadview will occupy the Fort Lee-based office complex by the end of May.
Steve Geltzeiler of Bender & Company, Inc. represented One Bridge Plaza while Carolyn Ugiss of Baker-Harris, CPC represented Broadview Associates.
