Leases at Commerce Center

John Orrico, president of K. Hovnanian Investment Properties of Red Bank, New Jersey has announced that TMC Corporation has signed a lease for 4,845 square feet at Commerce Center in North Brunswick. The five year lease was negotiated by Peter Dodds of Keller, Dodds & Woodworth in Princeton, New Jersey.
The Commerce Center location will serve as the U.S. Headquarters for TMC and they will use the space as executive offices for telephone manufacturing as well as ancillary repairs and distribution.
K. Hovnanian Commerce Center is a 70-acre mixed-use commercial development approved for one million square feet of multi-story office and single-story high-tech office/distribution and retail space.

In addition, Jackson Consulting, Inc. has signed a three-year lease for 2,129 square feet of office/flex space at K. Hovnanian Commerce Center.
Jackson Consulting Inc, is a litigation consulting and forensic accounting company and will be using their new offices at Commerce Center to consolidate their five individual field offices.
