Card Establishment Services, Inc., a leading payments processor for the credit card industry, has signed a 10-year lease for 86,524 square feet of office space at 265 Broadhollow Road in Melville, New York. CES will occupy the entire third and fourth floors, and partial space on the lower level, first and second floors, representing over 65 percent of the building's total rentable space. Terms of the lease include a renewal option, signage, parking, security, and tenant construction costs.
